BLOOMINGTON

URBAN STATION

Sila Capital co-developed Urban Station, a 153-bed, student housing project in Bloomington, IN. The apartment complex is currently serving Indiana University students.

Construction began in October of 2016 and was completed in 2017.

 

The project was fully stabilized in 2017 and successfully sold in 2020.

 

The units feature stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, a washer and dryer included, and multiple 

USB-charging wall outlets, as well as up to 1 GB/s internet speeds.
