Sila Capital entered into a joint venture purchasing 77 acres of land for retail development. The parcel was purchased from the National Bank as part of the foreclosure process. The land is located in Plainfield, IN near the Indianapolis International Airport.
Fourteen and a half acres were sold to Hanzo Logistics for expansion. Twenty-three acres of the site have been rezoned for multi-family housing. A 274 unit apartment development is planned to begin construction in 2017. The remaining out lots are zoned for retail development.
