In April of 2016, Sila Capital purchased 950 Deerfield Parkway from a Special Receiver as part of a defaulted portfolio.
950 Deerfield Parkway is a 40,000 square foot Class B industrial flex building located in Buffalo Grove, IL. This single-story office building is currently 100% occupied by Siemens Corporation.

The project was successfully sold in 2021.
Sila Capital purchased 706 Pro-Med, a 12,000 square foot Class B commercial office building located in Carmel, IN, from the bank in February of 2014.
The building was successfully leased and recapitalized.
