tHE hARTSFIELD bUILDING
Sila Capital purchased the Hartsfield Building at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis in October of 2014 from a Special Receiver.
The Hartsfield Building at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis is a 90,000-square-foot Class B commercial office building near the Indianapolis International Airport in Indianapolis, IN.
Allstate Insurance company maintained its occupancy in the building through 2022, and in 2021 the building was successfully sold to a future owner user.
